If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision will be severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue in full force and effect. No waiver by ba7777 of any breach of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
